🔍 What is IO Notes Sync?
IO Notes Sync allows you to compare your existing CRM notes in Intelliflo Office (IO) with your Assist-generated meeting summary—and update CRM in a controlled, review-first way.
Using a side-by-side view, you can:
View CRM notes alongside your meeting summary
Edit either before saving
Append new content to existing notes
Push updates back to CRM
⚠️ Nothing is updated automatically—you stay fully in control.

Avoid accidental overwrites
Reduce manual copy and paste
