If you’re having trouble logging into the Aveni Assist Mobile App, follow the steps below.
iOS (iPhone)
Fully close the app:
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tap Home)
Swipe up on the Aveni app to close it
Restart your iPhone
Reopen the app and try logging in again
Android
Go to Settings → Apps → Aveni
Tap Storage & Cache
Select Clear Cache
If the issue persists, select Clear Data(This will delete any recording only do as a last resort)
Reopen the app and try again
