Help with issues logging into the Aveni Assist Mobile App

If you’re having trouble logging into the Aveni Assist Mobile App, follow the steps below.


iOS (iPhone)

  1. Fully close the app:

    • Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tap Home)

    • Swipe up on the Aveni app to close it

  2. Restart your iPhone

  3. Reopen the app and try logging in again

Android

  1. Go to Settings → Apps → Aveni

  2. Tap Storage & Cache

  3. Select Clear Cache

  4. If the issue persists, select Clear Data(This will delete any recording only do as a last resort)

  5. Reopen the app and try again
