If you’re having trouble logging into the Aveni Assist Mobile App, follow the steps below.

- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tap Home)
- Swipe up on the Aveni app to close it

1. Fully close the app:
   - Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tap Home)
   - Swipe up on the Aveni app to close it
2. Restart your iPhone
3. Reopen the app and try logging in again

If the issue persists, select Clear Data(This will delete any recording only do as a last resort)

1. Go to Settings → Apps → Aveni
2. Tap Storage &amp; Cache
3. Select Clear Cache
4. If the issue persists, select Clear Data(This will delete any recording only do as a last resort)
5. Reopen the app and try again

If you’re still unable to log in, contact the Aveni Support Team.
