If your recording isn’t uploading, the issue is usually related to missing information or connectivity.
Upload Button is Greyed Out on Assist Mobile App
Ensure the following fields are completed:
Meeting Type
Number of Speakers
Client(s)
Recording Stuck Uploading from Aveni Assist Mobile App
If your recording appears stuck:
Check you have a stable internet connection
Reopen the mobile app
Press Upload again
Weak or unstable Wi-Fi/mobile data is the most common cause.
Recording No Longer Visible
If the recording does not appear in My Recordings or in the Uploads section, it may no longer be stored locally on your device. This is usually because you have not saved the recording. You must always ensure the recording is saved once finished on the mobile app.
