Find a client in the Aveni Assist Mobile App

If you can’t find a client when adding them to a recording in the Assist Mobile App, your CRM may be disconnected.

Reconnect Your CRM in the Aveni Assist Mobile App.

  1. Tap the Profile/Name icon (top-right)

  2. Go to App Settings → Integrations

  3. Tap Connect on Xplan or Intelliflo

  4. Complete the setup

Once reconnected, return to your recording and search for the client again.

Tip

If clients still don’t appear, try refreshing the app or logging out and back in - this only applies to the Aveni Assist Mobile App
