Install the App
The app is available on both iOS and Android via the App Store named Aveni Meeting Assistant.
If you’re using a company-issued device, the app may already be installed through your company portal.
Log In
Once installed:
Open the app
Log in using one of the following:
Your Aveni account email address and password
“Continue with Intelliflo” (if enabled)
Email, then linking to SSO (if enabled)
After logging in, you’ll land on the My Recordings screen.
You’re now ready to record your first meeting.
