Accessing Client Profiles

There are two methods of searching for a client. You can use the client search field in the top right of the meetings area, or alternatively, you can access the area tab and use the search field in here. Instructions for both of these methods have been listed below:

  1. Click on the search bar in the top right corner

  2. Start typing the client's name

  3. Select the client from the drop-down list

  4. This will bring you into the client profile

  • Assets

  • Income

  • Expenditure

  • Investment

  • Retirement

  • Protection

  • Goals

Upcoming Meeting

This section will display your next upcoming meeting. You can click the View Meeting button to access the meeting summary for that meeting.

Your Previous Meeting

Meetings

The meetings tab is a record of all upcoming and previous meetings with this client. You can click the View Meeting button to access the meeting summary for that meeting.

Reports

The reports tab is a record of all 'In Progress.' and 'Completed' reports associated with that client.

Pre-Meeting Brief

The pre-meeting brief tab can be used to help Advisers prepare for upcoming meetings. This tab is split into three sections:

Summary

The Summary section aims to help users familiarise themselves with the client's key information, which will be displayed in bullet points.

Users can copy this information via the Copy button in the top right corner of the section.

This could then be pasted into a word document, allowing a user to print off a physical copy, which may be helpful to refer to during a face to face client meeting.

Key Points to Discuss

The Key points to Discuss section provides users with a list of key discussion points that could be discussed during an upcoming meeting.

Users may wish to edit this via the Edit button, or copy this information via the Copy button, both found in the top right corner of the section.

This information could then be pasted into a word document, allowing a user to print off a physical copy, which may work as an agenda or checklist during a face to face client meeting.

Email

The Email section provides users with the body of an email to be sent to a client ahead of an upcoming meeting. It will generally list the key discussion points for the meeting based on the Key Points to Discuss section.

Users can edit the content of the email section via the Edit button, or copy this content via the Copy button, both found in the top right corner of the section.

This could then be pasted into an email, before being sent to the client.

It is not possible to send this email directly from Aveni Assist, so you will need to copy and paste this content to email the client.
