🧩 Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you’re unable to log in:

  1. Check installation and approval

    • Confirm that Aveni is installed from the IO Store.

    • Check that your IO Admin has approved the installation.

  2. If an IO login page shows an error

    • This indicates an issue with IO credentials, not Aveni.

    • Try typing your password manually instead of using autofill.

  3. If login still fails

    • Reset your IO password and try again.

    • Use an InPrivate (Incognito) browser window for a clean login attempt.
