How to reset the Aveni Assist Password

If you are a direct user (not using SSO or an Intelliflo User), you can reset your Aveni Assist password by following these steps.

🪜 Steps to Reset Your Password

1️⃣ Go to Aveni Assist

2️⃣ Enter Your Email

  • Type your email address and click Continue

3️⃣ Click “Forgot Password?”

  • Click the Forgot password? link

  • Follow the prompts to continue

4️⃣ Check Your Email

  • Look for a password change request email in your inbox

  • Click the Change password link in the email

  • Set your new password

5️⃣ Log in with Your New Password

  • Click Back to Aveni Assist

  • Log in using your email address and new password

✅ Tip: Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

If you reset your password as a single sign-on user, you will not be sent the reset password email.
